Return Requirements & Process

Product Condition: We accept returns on unopened items as well as gently used products that did not meet your skin expectations.

Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Shipments If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. We will immediately ship a replacement order at no extra cost to you.
