Shipping policy

Order Processing & Timelines

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once your package ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing carrier tracking information.

Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): Standard carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping automatically applies to qualifying order amounts shown at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

Fulfillment & Coverage
Orders are fulfilled directly through our domestic distribution network. We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Hansen & Berg Clinical is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking states delivered but you cannot locate your shipment, please wait 24 hours before contacting carrier support or emailing info@hansenbergclinical.com.
